anglocode explicitly reserves all text and data mining rights under Article 4 of the EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (DSM Directive 2019/790). Scraping, crawling, or otherwise reproducing content on this site for the purposes of training, fine-tuning, or evaluating artificial intelligence or machine learning models is prohibited without a written licence.

By accessing this site, any automated agent, crawler, or scraper, including those operated by AI companies agrees that unauthorised scraping for AI training purposes is licensed at a rate of €15,000 per scraping session or request, whichever is greater. Invoices will be issued upon identification of the infringing party.
